Emergency Care
If you believe your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, during business hours, please call our clinic directly. We welcome emergency walk-ins and same-day emergency appointments — please call ahead if possible so we can prepare for your arrival. If your pet needs care beyond what our hospital can provide, we will refer you to an emergency facility in the area. We may be able to make this determination over the phone, to expedite proper care.
While we are not a 24-hour emergency hospital, our lead veterinarian is usually available to treat and perform emergency care and surgery at our facility. We prioritize all life-threatening cases and will do everything we can to see your pet as quickly as possible.
For non-life-threatening situations, we can often schedule you in the next day, provided your pet is not at extreme risk by waiting. If you are unsure whether your pet's condition can wait, please do not hesitate to call us — we are happy to help you assess the situation over the phone.

Urgent Care
For all time-sensitive needs, we offer urgent pet care same-day. Please call our clinic first so we can prepare for your arrival, better understand the nature of your visit, or potentially direct you to another nearby clinic if we cannot see or properly care for your pet.
In some circumstances, we may be able to provide care or further direction directly over the phone. We are open for urgent care visits during business hours.
